I'm having a problem with my SK1350T.

When I send a file to cut The machine starts up and the carriage moves across to the other end whilst slowly feeding vinyl through.

When the carriage gets to the other end it is continuosly hitting against the wall of the cutter making a loud vibrating noise, the carriage then gives up trying to break down the wall and starts to cut underneath where it is which obviously has no vinyl underneath it.

It is almost like the machine has forgotten it's width and thinks it's 2m wide.

Has anyone experienced this before and fixed the problem?

Please try cutting an identical job. If the problem happens in the same spot, it could be the mother board problem. If the problem happens randomly, the problem could be the connection.
