All USB drivers for our machines are in below link.  Please match the picture for the right driver.

I have the driver in the machine. What happens is when I load the driver software, it tells me the usb malfunction. I check my programs and the driver is not installing. i have changed cord and still nothing. It's not recognizing the driver software that I installed.

The problem could be the driver, USB port in your computer, the USB cable, or the vinyl cutter itself.

If it is the vinyhl cutter's problem, you can try replace the USB I/O board.
