After hours of using different methods I was able to make the driver to work in Windows 7 64 bit but only true F8 function at boot screen and then use "disable digital driver enforcement". So far is the only way to make Seiki driver to work on Windows 7 64 bit. I didn't try on Windows 7 32 bit but I think is the same as soon both ask for digital signature. I hope someone from Seiki will coming whit a permanent fix for this problem. Roll Eyes

Note. If you restart your PC you have to hit F8 again you have to do that every time you restart your PC.

I hope this was helpful for somebody here.  Smiley

You have a couple years old machine.  The current machines don't have this issue.
The instruction has 5 main steps and 22 sub steps.  Please post more detail on which step it has problem.  You don't have to press F8 to use the machine.

I have tried everything multiple times to install the driver on my Windows 7, 64bit laptop and it just doesn't work.  I tried the steps from this to try to get the USB drivers working: http://seikitech.com/forum/index.php?topic=2.msg4#msg4.

I will post again after I try the f8 deal and see if I can get it working that way.

The link has three different drivers.  Please post what driver and version you tried?  What error message you got?

I am also having machine trouble installing the drivers that came with the machine SK-375T. I am using Windows 7 on a laptop and can not get the plotter to work. The software Artcut also does not have this machine listed in it's devises only SK-720 and bigger. I hope the SK-720 drivers will be ok. Please help.

Different machine may use different USB connection driver.  Please provide more detail on what driver you are using.

Sorry I haven't responded in a while, I have been nursing by using my old Win XP laptop to do all my cutting but it is getting to the point I can't do that at all.  I am trying to install the driver version 3.3 per the instruction and it just doesn't go along with how it says it will in that posting.  When it says new hardware found, it says it isn't recognized and doesn't install any driver for it.  I know the cutter is working fine because I can cut a ton of vinyl through my old WinXP laptop that is pretty much about to die.  Any help would be great appreciated.

It could be some compatibility issue.  You can try replace the I/O board($14.99).
