hello

i am trying to use flexistarter with my seiki cutter and everything has been working fine until i got to this image, when i tell it to cut it comes up with an error message that says "no cuttable object with current setting". the file is an .eps and all the other ones i have been using worked just fine

any ideas?
i need help ASAP

it just won't cut one letter of the word im trying to cut, and i have no idea why.
any help would be greatly appreciated

You design needs to be a vector format.

There is an instruction on how to convert an image to vector fromat in the Setup CD.
